当地时间3月9日，伊朗卫生部副部长阿里·贾法里安在接受采访时说，过去9天伊朗已有超过1255人死亡，1.2万人受伤。

贾法里安说，受害者年龄从8个月到88岁不等，其中包括200名女性和伊朗南部米纳卜市一所小学的168名儿童。

Speaking from Air Force One on the eighth day of the invasion, Trump repeatedly asserted unsubstantiated narratives while actively dodging questions about the devastating attack on a girls' school in Minab, southern Iran, according to the Iranian newspaper Tehran Times.

"The core of Trump's controversial remarks revolved around his assertion that Iran itself was responsible for the horrific school massacre in Minab. This claim, repeatedly reiterated despite a rapidly accumulating body of evidence pointing to a US-led bombing, is a glaring example of deliberate falsehood," the report said.

据CCTV国际时讯援引美媒报道，当地时间3月9日，特朗普在被问及美军是否轰炸该校时予以否认。特朗普辩解称，“‘战斧’导弹是世界上威力最强的武器之一，其他国家也在使用和购买这种武器。伊朗也拥有一些‘战斧’。它被卖给很多国家。目前这件事（伊朗小学遭袭）还正在调查中。”此前，特朗普称“伊朗应对此（小学遭袭）负责”。

When asked about the strike at a press conference Monday, Trump claimed that Iran has access to the Tomahawk cruise missile, which is made by American defense contractor Raytheon. Trump argued that the cruise missile is "sold and used by other countries" and that Iran "also has some Tomahawks".

On Saturday, Trump also was asked by a reporter whether the US was responsible for the blast. Without providing evidence, he responded, "No, in my opinion, based on what I've seen, that was done by Iran."

A new video, posted on Mehr News, is the first to show missiles striking the area in Minab, southern Iran, on Feb 28. Sam Lair, a research associate at the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies, told CNN the munition in the video is consistent with a US Tomahawk.

Other weapons experts consulted by CNN agreed with this assessment. Only the US Navy, not Israel, operates Tomahawk missiles, launching them from its surface ships and submarines, experts said.
