国际版协主席葛万莎·乔巴娃：加强儿童图书出版国际合作与版权保护 鲁迅、莫言、曹文轩等中国作家的著作已被译介至格鲁吉亚

未来网北京4月6日电（记者 谢青）近日，第62届博洛尼亚童书展在博洛尼亚会展中心盛大举办。博洛尼亚当地时间4月1日，中国图书进出口（集团）有限公司主办、生命树文化促进中心承办了“走向世界的中国IP——少儿出版发展论坛”，国际出版商协会主席葛万莎·乔巴娃出席论坛并发表主旨演讲，她呼吁全球出版界加强在童书出版、知识产权保护以及国际合作方面的共同努力。

“童书为孩子和父母创造了共同的阅读时光，也为孩子们打开认知世界的大门。”葛万莎·乔巴娃表示，儿童图书在国际出版市场中具有独特地位，不仅汇集了作家、插画师和出版人的合作，也在亲子阅读、教育启蒙和娱乐等多元文化传播中发挥着重要作用。
作为拥有来自84个国家、105个成员协会的全球最大出版业组织，葛万莎·乔巴娃介绍称，国际出版商协会自1896年成立以来，始终以推动版权保护与出版自由为核心使命，并积极参与可持续发展、无障碍阅读等议题。
在演讲中，葛万莎·乔巴娃特别提及由联合国、国际出版商协会、国际儿童读物联盟（IBBY）等联合发起的“可持续发展目标图书俱乐部”，这一项目为联合国17项可持续发展目标，分别制定了包括中文在内的六种官方语言的书单，并已在全球多个国家催生出衍生阅读俱乐部。她表示：“这正是国际合作力量的最佳体现。”
当前生成式人工智能AI技术席卷各行各业，面对AI的快速发展，葛万莎·乔巴娃也强调了版权保护面临的新挑战。她呼吁行业各方团结协作，敦促AI平台公开其训练数据中使用的受版权保护作品，确保创作者获得公平的报酬。

在谈及中国与格鲁吉亚出版交流时，葛万莎·乔巴娃表示，中格出版合作成果显著，中国文学在格鲁吉亚广受欢迎，鲁迅、莫言、曹文轩等中国作家的著作已被译介至格鲁吉亚，格鲁吉亚作品也正逐步进入中国市场。同时，她赞扬第比利斯自由大学孔子学院在推动中文教育和文学互译方面的作用，并期待双方在出版领域实现更深层次的合作。
“我们始终致力于构建国际合作桥梁。我相信，通过本次论坛的深入交流，全球出版界的合作将进一步深化。”葛万莎·乔巴娃如此说道。

Good morning ladies and gentlemen,
My name is Gvantsa Jobava and I am publisher in Georgia and currently the President of the international Publishers Association.
It is a real pleasure for me to address this International Children’s Publishing Forum and to have the opportunity to talk about the importance of children’s book publishing, intellectual property and international cooperation.

我的名字是葛万莎·乔巴娃。我是一名来自格鲁吉亚的出版人，目前担任国际出版商协会主席。
非常荣幸在此次少儿出版发展论坛上发表讲话，有机会探讨童书出版、知识产权与国际合作的重要性。
For those of you who do not know the IPA, we are the world’s largest federation of publishers’ associations with 105 members in 84 countries. Founded in 1896 our work is built on two pillars, promoting copyright and the freedom to publish. We also work on issues like sustainability, accessibility and more.
国际出版商协会是由84个国家、105个出版商协会组成的全球最大的出版业联合组织。自1896年成立以来，协会工作的两个核心是推动版权保护和出版自由。同时我们也致力于可持续发展、无障碍阅读等其他目标。
Children’s books are such a special part of the international publishing market, that special combination of author, illustrator and publisher. The opportunity to create shared moments between children and parents. To educate and entertain. To give children the opportunity to understand the world around them.
儿童图书在国际出版市场中占据着独特地位，它们是作家、插画师与出版人合作的奇特结晶。它们为孩子和父母创造美好的亲子回忆。它们兼具教育与娱乐功能，同时赋予孩子们认识世界的机会。
This book fair is the perfect proof of the beautiful diversity of children’s book publishing and how we are all richer for these stories and the exchanges that they create for us professionally and for the children who have the opportunity to read them.
本届书展完美印证了童书出版的多元魅力。我们是如此富有，不仅因为这些童书滋养着我们的专业交流，更让有幸阅读它们的孩子们受益良多。
One of the most inspiring international projects that we have worked on that also demonstrates the value of children’s publishing is the Sustainable Development Goals Book Club which brought together the United Nations, IPA, IBBY, and international organizations for libraries and booksellers. This project created reading lists about all 17 Goals in all 6 official UN languages including mandarin. Since then even more clubs have been inspired around the world in different languages. This is the power of cooperation.
我们参与过最振奋人心的国际项目之一，便是彰显儿童出版价值的"可持续发展目标图书俱乐部"。该项目汇聚联合国、国际出版商协会、国际儿童读物联盟以及有关图书馆、书商的国际组织，用包括中文在内的联合国六种官方语言，为17项可持续发展目标分别编制了推荐书单。此后全球各地涌现出多语种的衍生阅读俱乐部——这正是合作的力量。
I would also like to take a moment to recognize the reference to intellectual property, and specifically copyright. Copyright is the intellectual property at the heart of this book fair, the licenses we agree and the deals we sign.
请允许我特别提及知识产权，尤其是版权的重要性。版权是本次书展的核心知识产权，是我们达成许可协议与签约的基础所在。
We will need to use all our powers of cooperation to ensure that artificial intelligence platforms are transparent about the copyrighted works they use to train their generative AI models. With this transparency we need to ensure fair remuneration for the works that our sector creates.
我们需要凝聚合力，确保人工智能平台对其用于训练生成式AI模型的受版权保护作品是透明的。基于这种透明度，才能保障出版行业创作成果获得公平的报酬。
If I focus on the cooperation on Georgian and Chinese publishing markets. Our industry has a long-term experience of printing books in China and having brilliant cooperation with Chinese printing houses. Besides this, you can find few Chinese writers translated and published into Georgian language. For instance, my publishing house Intelekti published several titles by Chinese Nobel Prize Winner Mo Yan few years ago and he is widely known in Georgia. You can also find on our market books by Lu Xun, Cao Wenxuan and others. Recently I have heard that very famous female Georgian writer Nana Ekvtimishvili was translated into Chinese, which is really fantastic news for us. But I believe that much more is to be done to strengthen our cooperation both ways.
聚焦格鲁吉亚与中国在出版领域的合作：我国出版业在与中国印刷企业长期合作中积累了丰富经验，建立起非常愉快的合作关系。此外，已有部分中国作家作品被译介至格鲁吉亚，例如我的出版社Intelekti几年前曾出版过诺贝尔文学奖得主莫言的数部作品，他在格鲁吉亚享有极高知名度。在格鲁吉亚还能读到鲁迅、曹文轩等作家的著作。近日，也非常振奋听到格鲁吉亚著名女作家Nana Ekvtimishvili的作品被译成中文的消息。我深信，双向合作仍有广阔空间亟待开拓。
Besides this I want to mention educational institution Confucius Institute at Free University of Tbilisi which permanently publishes in collaboration with the Free University Publishing the scientific materials of Chinese language, learning materials of different levels, as well as textbooks of Chinese language and books about Chinese culture which helps students learn Chinese language in Georgia. This gives us hope to find among those students well educated translators, which will give us an opportunity to bring more brilliant literature from China and see more Georgian books translated and widely read in China.
此外，我要特别提及格鲁吉亚第比利斯自由大学孔子学院这一教育机构，该学院与自由大学出版社长期合作，持续出版中文学术读物、各段学习教材，以及汉语教材和讲述中国文化的读物，为格鲁吉亚学生提供汉语学习支持。这让我们有望在这些学子中培养出优秀的翻译人才，从而为我们创造更多机遇：既能引进中国优秀文学作品，也能推动更多格鲁吉亚著作在中国译介并广泛传播。
