近日,西贝餐饮陷入预制菜舆论风波。15日,西贝通过官方微博发布致歉信。
Chinese restaurant chain Xibei has recently faced public scrutiny over its use of pre-made dishes. The company issued an official apology via its Weibo account on Monday.
致歉信中,西贝表示已“ 深刻意识到:西贝的生产工艺与顾客的期望有较大差异,没有满足广大顾客的需求与期待,在此,西贝对给顾客带来的困扰和担忧致以深深歉意。”
信中还提及部分整改措施,包括将多款儿童餐调整为“现做”,大豆油调整为非转基因等。
In the statement, Xibei admitted there was a gap between its production processes and customer expectations and apologized for the inconvenience. The apology also detailed several corrective measures, including making multiple children's meals freshly prepared and switching to non-GMO soybean oil.
致歉信最后,西贝表示“顾客‘虐’我千百遍,我待顾客如初恋”引发网友讨论。
此前,罗永浩吐槽西贝预制菜引发广泛关注。
对此,罗永浩也发文进行回应:“顾客虐你什么了?顾客都被你打成网络黑社会了,谁虐谁呢?百分之百没有预制菜的虚假承诺呢?拿预制菜假装不是预制菜的税率差异呢,要不要给公众摊开讲讲?10月1号开始替换,所以你10月1号前还要继续卖剩菜是吗? 加了很多科技狠活儿腥气扑鼻的海鲈鱼呢……”
The controversy began after tech entrepreneur and internet personality Luo Yonghao criticized Xibei's use of pre-made dishes.
Responding to the apology, Luo questioned why Xibei was blaming customers, challenged its promise of "100 percent no pre-made dishes", and raised concerns about pre-made ingredients used for tax purposes, leftover dishes being sold before Oct 1, and sea bass containing artificial additives.
